PEHD tank
The PEHD tank selection application was developed in cooperation with Uponor Infra, a leading international supplier of pipe systems for underground infrastructure.
The extreme weather phenomena that have been intensifying in recent years, such as torrential rains or long-term rainfall, have confirmed that sewage networks are not adapted to absorb excess water. The solution to the problem may be the use of stormwater retention tanks.
The PEHD retention tank selection application allows you to calculate the required retention volume and select Weholite tanks with appropriate dimensions. Depending on the available space and building conditions, the tool facilitates the selection of the optimal solution for the design requirements.
The application is available in Poland.
Calculating the capacity of a PEDH tank
To use our application to calculate the capacity of a tank, first use a map to mark the area to be built and determine the direction and location of the sewage inlet.
During the calculations, it will be necessary to provide the following information:
- minimum height of the tank cover,
- maximum depth of construction,
- diameter of the tank inlet,
- type of terrain.
Using our selection application, you can easily calculate the reduced area of the catchment area.
In the last step, select the precipitation model and proceed to generate the result.
PEHD tank calculation results
The application will provide the following results:
- minimum tank volume based on the precipitation model,
- total inflow to the tank,
- total outflow from the tank.
Additionally, it will allow you to select the maximum diameter and percentage of filling, which will allow you to identify the correct devices on the list along with their parameters.
In addition to the above-mentioned results, the application will enable the generation of graphs and provide documentation of the selected tank. All this information and materials can be received by email in a PDF file, providing convenient access to the selection made.
Calculation results
Once you have made the correct selection, you can download the results as a PDF file and place them in your project.
Additionally, at any time you can directly contact the manufacturer of the solution to ask about the details of the selection, the accuracy of the calculations or request a quote for the solution.
