Green Roof
The green roof selection application was created in cooperation with Dorken DELTA. The application allows for a complete selection of a green roof in a few minutes, along with a set of required documents and a ready-made solution specification containing a description and the possibility of direct attachment to the construction project.
Greening the roof over a garage, a carport or a residential house, giving the possibility of using it as a terrace – this option is offered to us by green roofs. The application is addressed to architects and designers involved in planning green roofs and managing rainwater.
In a few simple steps, the application allows you to design a green roof layout taking into account the required rainwater retention or thickness. The designer receives a clear report with a graphical representation of the layers and technical data, such as the amount of collected rainwater, limiting surface runoff, the mass of the system and the thickness of the layers.
The application is available in Poland.
Calculating green roof parameters
To select the right materials, you need to enter information for each designed surface into the application about:
- type of surface (flat roof, garage slab, terrace),
- roof surface size,
- slope,
- required retention or thickness of the roof layer.
The application covers both extensive and intensive green roofs, in inverted and classic layouts. It also provides solutions for utility roofs, including pedestrian communication, driving and fire roads.
Green roof selection results
Based on information provided by the application, and the results are entered in the form of a PDF report.
The site contains information about:
- maximum runoff before and after development,
- total area,
- sum of green roof area,
- biologically active area.
The application presents statistics, parameters and layer schemes for individual investments, as well as for each area separately:

The application allows you to download a list of materials, which can be obtained in PDF format along with full documentation, as well as technical data sheets and the necessary certificates regarding the materials used.
Calculation results
Once you have made the correct selection, you can download the results as a PDF file and place them in your project.
Additionally, at any time you can directly contact the manufacturer of the solution to ask about the details of the selection, the accuracy of the calculations or request a quote for the solution.
